Terms and Conditions

1. Lesson Payments

All pupils are required to remain one lesson in credit at all times.

2. Pay-As-You-Go Lessons

a. On commencement of training, payment for the first lesson must be made in full, a day prior.

b. Thereafter, payment for each subsequent lesson must be made, before your next lesson. 

3. Block Bookings

a. Payment for a new block of lessons must be made on or before the final lesson of the current block.

b. If payment for the next lesson or block is not received by midnight on the day of the last scheduled lesson, the reserved lesson slot may be reallocated to another pupil without notice.

4. Cancellations and Late Notice

a. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson without incurring a charge.

b. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full lesson rate.

c. Following a late cancellation, two lesson payments must be made at the next session to reinstate the required one-lesson advance payment status.

5. Refunds

a. Refunds for unused lessons within a block booking will be calculated at the standard (non-discounted) hourly rate for any lessons already taken.

b. The remaining balance, if applicable, will then be refunded to the pupil.

6. Driving Test Readiness

a. The instructor reserves the right to determine whether a pupil is adequately prepared for the practical driving test.

b. If, in the instructor’s professional judgment, the pupil is not test-ready, the instructor may require that the test be postponed.

c. Should the pupil choose to proceed against the instructor’s advice, the instructor reserves the right to withhold the use of their tuition vehicle for the test.
